Blackjack is one of the most popular casino games and has been for a number of years. The idea is to beat the banker’s or other player’s hand by getting closer to 21 than them.
Initially you are dealt two cards. Picture cards (king, queen etc) are worth 10, 2 to 9 are worth face value and the Ace is worth either 1 or 11 depending on the best outcome.
If after the two cards you think you can get a higher number without going over 21 (busting) you can ask for a “hit” or extra card. When you are ready you stand and wait for the banker or other player.
